Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. There is a possibility the application is disabled in the startup menu. Go to Start > Run and type msconfig. Navigate to the Startup tab and enable Dell Dock from that location. Next time you'll start the computer the dock will start.

You need to completely remove the application from your system, then you can add it back to the system. On a side note, the pendrive shouldn't interfere with the dock application. You can download a new version from the application's page at Software Informer. Click on the big green download button and wait for the download to start.

You will not fix anything by sending the report since the report function will not get you in contact with developers, instead try removing the application using Revo Uninstaller then you can perform a re-installation of the application. It's the easiest way to fix this.
My Dell Dock was running properly then I accidentally deleted the files. I've downloaded Dell Dock again but nothing happens then I turned my laptop off and on but my PC says that Dell Dock has stopped. I restored the files (Dell Dock) from Recycle Bin and I installed again but it gives the following error: "Dell Dock stopped working". How can I fix it?

You need to remove the dock completely and clean the registry for leftovers. If you try to install the application with the old registry keys installed in your computer, you will cause a compatibility issue. You can use CCleaner to clean the registry. Download, install the application and run the reg cleaner then install Dell Dock again.
The message appears when you are trying to use a call function that is embedded into Dell Dock. Perform a reinstall of the application and then access the function again. In most of the cases, this will fix it. You can obtain a link to the download by visiting the application's page on Software Informer.
